Currently under the ownership of Tobacco Dock Ltd, this grade 1 listed jewel of Tower Hamlets is due to undergo a light-touch refurbishment programme over the course of 5-6 years. The project will be managed by Al Mubarakia Ltd with the main tenant of the building, TDVL, acting as co-stakeholders with Bisley Properties. The objective of this project is to bring Tobacco Dock back into the collective consciousness of the people of Tower Hamlets and beyond and to make the dock one of London’s top destinations.
