Development Management

Al Mubarakia offers development management consultancy to landowners, investors, developers and everyone in between who needs a guiding hand through the complex and challenging process of development.
We bring the wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise picked up from our own developments to the table when we work with clients and ensure their projects are to the quality expected, completed on time and within budget.
Our sub-services in this area include design management, programme management, cost control, third party, neighbourly negotiations and contract administration.
Facilities Management
Our in-house Facilities Management team look after all of the services that help our business and organization function. The FM team oversee and manage all our internal and external assets including construction, renovations and/or refurbishments (for both commercial and residential properties), drafting reports and making written recommendations.
The FM team is also responsible for agreeing contracts with providers for services, managing budgets and cost-effectiveness and ensuring compliance to all environmental, health and security regulations.
Additionally, our FM team are able to provide a consultancy service during the design and development stage, providing valuable input in to the design stage of new projects to ensure that the facilities are delivered in the most effective way for operations.
Finally, our FM team manager is able to supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security to ensure all facilities are efficiently operated and maintained.
Property Management

Our Asset Management team offers expertise in sales, lettings and property redevelopment. We have built up a significant amount of knowledge and experience managing grade 1 listed buildings, high value residential apartments and commercial properties across London and internationally.
We provide specialist property management services across prime locations in central London, including; Mayfair, Marylebone, Baker Street, Knightsbridge, Marble Arch, London bridge and Wapping.
We provide a full, client focused management service for Landlords and Tenants and pride ourselves on this.
Investment Management

The Investment Management are responsible for assessing and managing the business case for all of our projects and assets throughout their lifecycle. The team is continually updates the market research, feasibilities for projects and budget/cash flow management for operational assets.
For external clients, the Investment Management team is able to provide value at all stages of the project timeline from conducting the initial market research for a new opportunity to operational budget control. We provide expert knowledge across all asset classes, geographies project types having developed our skills by working for some of the largest global real estate companies prior to joining Al Mubarakia.
Additionally, our Investment Management team is able to source and support in the financing raising stage for projects by utilising our large network of banks, financiers and brokers as well as assisting in the delivery of all due diligence requirements.
