This project has been undertaken as part of Al Mubarakia Limited’s currently expanding portfolio of property developments across London. While it will be Al Mubarakia’s first mixed-use venture in Southwark, it is expected that through innovative design and seamless execution this scheme will become a valuable asset to both Al Mubarakia Limited and the local community of Newington.

Al Mubarakia will assemble a team of consultants to plan and execute a full demolition of the existing warehouse building on site followed by construction of a new mixed use building consisting of lettable residential and commercial space spread over basement, ground, first floor, second floor and third floor levels.
