MADAME FAWZIAH

Madame Fawziah Al Hassawi, started her career working for her father, the late Mubarak Al Hassawi, helping him run his international group of companies. Mubarak had always encouraged Madame Fawziah to establish her own real estate business, however, she was eagerly committed to help her father manage his empire and determined to learn from him in all aspects of business.

After her father passed away in March 2005, Madame Fawziah started her own group (FMH Group) of companies. With the experience and skills she had learnt whilst working with her father Madame Fawziah acquired, inherited and invested in real estate in Kuwait, UAE, UK, Spain and Asia.

Madame Fawziah is a visionary with a passion for delivering unique and iconic projects and to that end Madame Fawziah has strategically acquired a diverse and multi-market portfolio bringing leading concepts to urban environments while ensuring the highest international quality standards. Landmark properties for development (Tobacco Dock (UK), Neues Schloss Baden Baden (Germany), MHMC (UAE), Baghdad St & Salmeya Residential (Kuwait), land for development in Mallorca (Spain), and world renowned brands (Hyatt, Marriott and Bubba Gump).

Additionally, Madame Fawziah’s passion for hospitality and F&B led her to developing a serviced apartment offering in Kuwait (Flowery Suites) and her own F&B brand (Chocolate Ice Café).
