Al Mubarakia was set up in 2009 in London and is the European based operating arm of the Fawziah Mubarak Al Hassawi Group (FMH Group), a conglomerate of real estate, F&B and healthcare companies. Since formation the company has grown significantly and is engaged in delivering over £800 million of projects in the UK, Germany and Spain. In addition, Al Mubarakia is responsible for asset managing a £300 million real estate portfolio in London, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Berlin, Baden Baden, Madrid and Palma.
Al Mubarakia invests and develops projects across the whole asset class spectrum and we pride ourselves in our entrepreneurial, dynamic and imaginative approach to development and investing, we believe in thinking outside of the box whilst also working with the challenges at hand to find the best solution to match our founder’s visionary approach.
Our dedicated team of professionals manage residential & commercial assets for both FMH Group and private clients. We adopt a hands-on approach, the combination of our integrated company structure and profound understanding of real estate fundamentals allows us to maximise returns through value engineering, effective lease negotiations, refurbishment/expansion, and efficient cash flow management.
